I liked both of them: Anna Nicole for her assets Tim Russert for his friendly demeanor I don't think either of them deserved the amount of coverage they got... Throw in a days worth of Willie Randolph coverage and it really puts me over the top. UGH! The coverage of Tim Russerts death ahs only been slightly less agrivating than the coverage on Anna Nicole Smith.

To me it certainly looks like the broadcast media are making themselves into a news event.
