		<description>That was an incredible meeting; the town at its best.  I wish you wouldn't spoil it by invoking O'Reilly!  As to why the regular meetings are sparsely attended - isn't that a sign of contentment?  I actually thought the huge turnout was going to mean a no vote, but I guess the townfolk just wanted to be part of the process, and get the last word.

The Transfer Station is a big deal for many reasons, well beyond the pricetag.  Moving it is a significant change in a town that has little of that, and -- let's face it -- it is the social center town!</description>
