The L-F property appraisals were just posted on the Town's website, and they are near $2MM. It's a complex calculation, esp when you consider the non-financials (Hotchkiss tenancy, Rt 41 vs. Rt 44, new site vs. expansion, Sharon participation, etc.), which will probably be the deciding factors.
