Terry, why don't you and I go out and steal money from the local banks, then get caught, and then go to a federal prison for ten months, and then apply to the city of Waterbury for funds to start our ouw newspaper and radio station...or, better yet, apply for a no show job from John Rowland! And yes, I believe he is getting a state pension as part of a deal that was worked out to allow him to resign. I’d imagine his state pension would also be based on his two terms in the state House of Representatives. Plus, he surely gets a pension as a result of having served in the U.S. House of Representatives for three terms. Not bad for a felon … Barb,
