Thankful For What?

I know there are occasional cultural differences between the newcomers and those of us who have lived here for awhile, but I love it when people move to a town and fall in love with it. Good for you, Dan. I’ll bet there are a lot of people in Falls Village who are thankful you’re there, too.

As for me, these are my thoughts at Thanksgiving 2007. Now it’s time to watch my beloved Cowboys and let my meal digest. Cheers!

  2. Greetings from Amherst, Massachusetts. Just watched your Thanksgiving video on a computer with which I am not familiar ( My brother-in-law’s ) I watched you. But I couldn’t hear you. So all I had to go on was your body language, specifically your eyebrows. Which were kind of going up and down. Up, down, down, up, up, down…

Perhaps it was some kind of Morse-like code. You’re not being held hostage are you?

Seriously, I’ll check out your video when we get back to Rhode Island tomorrow. Back when we’re home, safe and, yes,

    Sound.

    Happy Black Friday.

  3. A week and a half late: just getting caught up. Great post. I can assure you, that even as a 20-something, your Red Skelton reference was not lost on me.

    Keep it up.
