very interesting...

I would call myself a "blogger" and even though "what's going on here?" is technically a blog.... I would think of you as a journalist or writer, etc.. and never credit you as otherwise.

it just seems wrong for a "political journalist" like fund, to find your material worthy, lift it, and credit you as just a "blogger".. when he would be insulted by being called the same.

There is a distinction between blogger and journalist.

I think i am begining to sound like Dan Rather.

Terry, I agree that Fund did the right thing, and congratulations on getting your name into the Journal! It is always interesting to see our close knit world up here meet up with the national scene. My question is, had he or the WSJ done nothing, what could (or would) you have done? Is there recourse for plagiarism of a blog? Is it prosecutable?
