Maybe I'm wrong, but I see real school choice as a battle that will be fought out on the state and local levels (except where SCOTUS is involved), but the war as decidedly national. Besides, what is Joe's current position on vouchers? Has he changed it again?</description>

Unless you think the war is a significantly greater tragedy than our failed schools, it would be wiser to use your vote for school reform.</description>
